What we can tell you now
Facts about how the platform works today.
- Data portability: shops export their stock, orders and clients as CSV directly from the app. For any other data, including collector accounts, email contact@vinylogix.com.
- All data travels over HTTPS.
- Card data is processed by Stripe and PayPal. Vinylogix never holds it.
- The platform database runs on Google Cloud (Firebase) in the europe-west4 region, in the Netherlands.
- Roles limit which team members can see client details. For support and security, Vinylogix logs sign-ins, pages visited and orders placed.
- With your consent, the site uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how Vinylogix is used.
- Shops can check a client’s EU VAT number in VIES, and an EORI number can be stored for cross-border B2B shipments.
These points describe the platform as it is today. They are not a legal guarantee or a data processing agreement. Once published, the full GDPR information will be the binding document.
