What Vinylogix does
Records move from distributors and labels to shops, and from shops to collectors. Vinylogix handles every step. Shops and distributors get stock management, wholesale and retail orders and a storefront of their own. Collectors get a free account to catalogue their records and buy from shops.
Wholesale and retail orders
Distributors and labels sell to shops from an invite-only catalogue. Shops sell to the clients they approve, from a storefront of their own that is open, private or invite-only. When a shop takes orders on request, it can add a discount as it approves one.
Stock management for records
Scan a barcode and Discogs fills in artist, title, label, year, tracklist and cover. Grade media and sleeve on the Goldmine scale and record the shelf and the supplier.
Clear numbers
Sales, stock value, best sellers, the genre mix of your stock and what each client has spent in total. Look at 7, 30 or 90 days, this month, this quarter, the year to date, the last 12 months or all time.

Clear fees
The platform fee per sale is listed per plan on the pricing page. Payments through Stripe Connect are paid out to your own Stripe account, and PayPal pays you directly.

Free for collectors
Collectors get a free account to catalogue their records, keep a wishlist and buy from shops. Adding a record fills in the details from Discogs.
Your data is yours
